Will the real Dr. Chan Cho Chak please stand?

Oh wow, there is a write up on this person and am wondering if it was written by the same scammer?
Is this the real Dr. Chan Cho Chak?

Is it not suspicious that the sender had lizlekransy@online.nl as the sender's email address but in reply points to chochakjohnchan1@yahoo.com.my (Yahoo Malaysia)?
